Scam Alert - Passport Renewals

Recently I have seen a few private companies offering to help you fill out and insure your passport renewal forms. These are scams! Do not pay them for these services. You cannot renew or pay for your renewal online.

  1. Go to travel.state.gov.

  2. Fill out the DS82 application form. Print it.

  3. Sign application.

  4. Get a new passport photo (Offix Edge does NOT take photos). Staple photo to application.

  5. Bring a check or money order for the correct amount. Write applicant’s full name and birth date at the top of the check.

  6. We will help you send it to the appropriate location.
