Aquarium Conference Room

Our Aquarium Conference Room seats up to 8 and has a large flat-screen LED monitor.  The room has two whiteboards and paper flip charts on an easel.

Legal mediators take note:  The Aquarium Room seats 8, and we have a private office available that seats 3 (see below).  If you have two parties and need to do some shuttle mediation, you can book both.  The rooms are 30 feet apart and not visible to each other.

Jackson Pollock Private Office

Sometimes you just need to shut the door, tune out the rest of the world, and focus.  The Jackson Pollock private office with space for up to three for rent is just for those occasions. It is available for rent by the hour, by the day, or by the week.  Includes a power strip for all of your power toys, air filter, and comfortable chairs.

Team Office

The Team Office seats 2-4 at one large work desk plus a movable, adjustable desk. This office is just right for a small team to meet by the hour, by the day, or by the week.  A large whiteboard, power strips, air filter and comfortable chairs are included in this office.

Open Desk Work Areas

We have large comfortable work areas available for rent by the hour, by the day, or by the week. Each desk is equipped with a power strip and a comfortable chair. We try our best to make these work areas a “Quiet Zone” where you can focus and be productive.  To accomplish this we do not allow phone calls at the open desks in order to avoid disturbing your neighbors.  You may make or take your phone call at the coffee bar in the back, or go outside.

If you want to be a long-term renter at a discount, you may purchase a 40-hour block of time in advance for you to use in discrete blocks of time as you need it. You will be charged at the weekly discounted rate, and we keep a log sheet for you to sign in and out. When your 40 hours have been used up, you simply purchase another block of time.
