Are you open?

We are an essential business and are open the following hours:

M-F 10 am – 6 pm

Sat 10 am – 2 pm

Sun closed

 

Do you have printers?

Yes, we have multiple printers. To print documents, you may either:

  • Use our customer computer for basic single-sided, black & white prints

  • Email the file to us at contact@offixedge.com ($1 service fee)

  • Bring your files on a flash drive for more complicated print jobs (i.e. color or double-sided)

  • Transfer large files using www.WeTransfer.com (a free transfer service)

  • Upload files to our website (Dropbox)

 

How much do prints cost?

Black and white prints and copies are $0.23 each ($0.25 with tax)

Color prints are $0.69 each ($0.75 with tax).

Prices per page decrease for larger print jobs.

 

Do you accept prepaid package drop-offs?

Yes. We accept prepaid packages that are properly taped and labeled for UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

We will accept prepaid USPS packages if you are dropping packages for other carriers too. Otherwise prepaid USPS packages should go to the Post Office.

 

Do you accept Amazon returns using a mobile barcode/QR code?

No. These must be taken to the UPS Store®. All packages we process must have a shipping label.

 

How much will it cost to ship my package?

I don’t know. Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, destination, and timing of the package.

Therefore, we need to have the package in order to create a quote. We do not provide online or telephone quotes for shipping. However, we can compare shipping between USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to find the most cost-effective way to ship.

 

When is your latest package pickup?

  • UPS: 4:00 pm weekdays (including overnight shipments)

  • FedEx Express: 4:30 pm weekdays

  • FedEx Ground: 2:00 pm weekdays

  • USPS: varies, usually between 3:00 and 5:00 pm weekdays and between 12:30 and 2:00 pm on Saturdays. Prepaid packages are not guaranteed to be picked up on Saturdays.

  • DHL: weekdays when we call

 

Are you a notary?

No. Try UPS franchises.

 

May I drop off a DHL package?

Yes. Please bring all labels and invoices for review. Do not attach to package.
